Useless app

I have been trying to open an Entrepreneur account since the morning and it keeps giving an error. Nobody is able to assist. I am also not able to close my GlobalBiz account on the app either!!!! Why is your app always so full of **** and not able to do ****. I am not happy. Deciding to rather open a business account somewhere else honestly
