Useless and unprofessional bank

I wanted to open a business banking with my bank capitec, I made a request in their website I was directed to Mercantile bank, and I doubted this bank because I don't know anything about it, my doubts is proved correct now because this bank is really useless, I send my documents that were requested 21 days ago to Busisiwe, until today my account is not done, and everything I was requested to send i sent it with no delay, this bank is useless, unprofessional, you not given any updates
