Useless.
App**** for a very small loan, we have an amazing credit score, have been at a reliable job for over 4 years, never missed a debit order and our loan got declined. When asked why it was declined the lady said “the reason it was declined is just because it was declined” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Honestly the most useless bank in South Africa.
