Useless!!!

<p>As a third year Engineering student with his eye on opening his own firm, I will never consider Capitec ever again. I was planning to open a check account at Capitec and I was sent away four times because apparently I did not have the correct documentation. But every time I was sent away they had a new issue. Lazy! They even came with lies about fica requirements stating that capitec have their own capitec fica requirements and my documentation may comply with the fica of other banks but not Capitec! Lazy! When I confronted the lady about this (since I know what the fica requirements are) she started making it personal and said that I was going to get her fired (I was completely calm the entire time and counted to ten to keep my cool a couple of times). After this I asked het to call the manager. She then called another staff member and both of them started to take me on. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never consider banking at Capitec again and I will tell all my friends at the university of this experience so that they don't make the same mistake. </p>
