Useles bank capitec

Went there to get my settlement letter of a loan wen I get to the bank some lady while checking my account finds out that the bank overcharged me. Imihlolo her manager told her she's the one who's going to payback whatever that they've overcharged me. Surprisingly even today i haven't gottan any help from them, I've learned that capitec bank is useless and overcharging people while claim that they best. Useless bank on earth
