Used a Multiloan last week,today debited my accoun

I used a multi loan on 20 Dec to my surprise my savings account is debited today without even notifying me prior. Im left R0,00 on a Christmas eve. It is really disappointing and absurd. Then what is the purpose of a multiloan since it debits my account in 4days. Capitec is really not a good bank, unprofessional and unreasonable. Im surely gonna move my salary to another bank.
