Urgent tax refund to be paid out to me, being held by Capitec bank for over 2years

Before covid 19 hit around 2019 my Capitec bank account was put on hold due to some transaction from an FNB account. They never told me it's on hold I assumed it was closed as I couldn't use it any more. I had registered it for my SARS tax account and never went back to cancel and remove it with SARS. In 2023 my tax refund was paid into the same Capitec bank account by SARS. Over the years I would go to Capitec bank to get school fees exemption forms signed that I do not have any account with them,but they failed to pick up or tell me that we never closed the account or tell me there was money building interest. This year when I went to sign the same school forms the consultant asked if I wouldn't want to open an account with them. I said I would love to have my account back as I once had and she said let me check if we cannot reinstate it for you. Only to discover that the account was active never closed and on hold with a huge amount that showed as refund from SARS in 2023 5th July. I asked her how can I get my money as I no longer have a bank card or any access to the account she said I would have to go to SARS and get a proof of payment. SARS gave me the statement in my name showing that they did pay out a refund to that Capitec account. Now my problem is that Capitec are refusing to release the money to me regardless of the proof they said I must get from SARS. I asked them to reinstate the account but they are refusing and not even giving me a direction on what to do or what steps to take in getting it reinstated. The consultant did say the head office can open it for 24hours allow me to withdraw all my money and they close it as they don't want me to have the account back or be their client. They refused to give me the money and said I must go back to SARS and ask them to reverse it. SARS said that is not possible I just need to tell Capitec to release my money based on the proof of the SARS statement. Am not sure who to talk to at Capitec as the consultants are just giving me the run around that they are still investigating in their ***** division. What's there to investigate as there is proof that is rightfully my hard earned tax refund money from SARS? Capitec kept silent when the money came in all these 2 and half years and SARS say they should have reversed it back considering they had closed or put the account on hold. Can someone urgently help me in getting Capitec bank to release my tax returns because they don't want me to be their client can I have my money back, please!!
