Urgent Request to Update Records - Blacklisting Issue Despite Payment

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my account. Although I paid off my account in April, I received a paid-up letter from Daly Credit Corporation on May 8th, stating that they had sorted this out with you and removed me from your records. However, I am still blacklisted.

I kindly request that Capitec update their records to reflect that my account has been settled.
