URGENT REQUEST FOR DETAILS

<p>I have been unable to get any contact details for your deceased estates department. I work for a law firm and our client has since died and we need to have her account with yourselves closed. I have tried to get this information from the call center and they do not pick up the line as i was on hold for over 30 minutes. I even called your reception and they still referred me back to the same call center and the local branches also do not have this information. I am at my wits end please can you supply me with the department that does the closing of accounts for deceased account holders postal address, email and contatct number urgently.</p>
