Urgent request for Credit Bureau update

I have been calling the bank but my calls just ring without answer. I recently paid off my capitec loan. However, iI urgently need this to be updated on credit bureaus. I am in the process of securing a bond and my banker advised that the paid off status has to be updated on all ICT so that my score can improve. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency, my life depends on it.
