Urgent: Ongoing Unresolved Credit Card Interest Charges

I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding unresolved charges on my credit card account. I have been attempting to get clarity from your Contact Centre regarding recurring interest charges for both purchases and cash withdrawals. Unfortunately, despite numerous calls, I have not received any satisfactory explanation.

I have spoken with several consultants, including Thokozani, Barbra, Siba, Nhlanhla, and Lerato. Each time, the call was dropped before I could receive assistance, and I had to start the process again with a new agent.

The main issue is that my credit card continues to reflect increasing interest charges, even as I make regular payments. This is illogical and concerning, as the amount owed should be decreasing, not rising.

The lack of support and consistency from your Contact Centre is unacceptable. If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further and consider moving my banking services elsewhere.
