Urgent Follow-Up on ***** Investigation and Pending Feedback

Good day, I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the lack of feedback on the status of my account investigation. To date, I have not received any updates or details regarding the ***** claim mentioned in your email from 13 January 2025. To recap: • On 13 January 2025, I visited the Capitec branch at Carnival Mall (Ticket number: 164) at 16:09. The consultant informed me that there was no hold on my account and advised me to transfer money out of my account to confirm it was still active. I followed the advice, and the transfer was successful. • On 16 January 2025, I called the Capitec Call Centre and spoke with Monique at 09:22. She confirmed that my account had been flagged for a "Bail ****," but was unable to provide specific details regarding the amount or the date. Monique directed me to email *****@capitecbank.co.za for more information. • On 16 January 2025 at 11:22, I sent an email to *****@capitecbank.co.za requesting further information. However, I did not receive a response. • On 21 January 2025, I followed up with another email to both *****@capitecbank.co.za and ***, asking for feedback, but again, no response was provided. • On 30 January 2025, I sent a WhatsApp message to *** and spoke to Chris. He initially mentioned that my account had been reported for a R250 payment received on 23 January 2025. However, he later admitted that the information was incorrect and suggested I contact FNB for more details. Despite this, Chris was unable to provide me with the exact amount, date, or the name of the bank that reported the issue. It has now been over a month without any clear answers or resolution. I am requesting the following: 1. The exact amount and date of the payment allegedly made into my account. 2. The name of the bank or institution that reported the *****. 3. Any documentation or additional steps I need to take to clear my name and resolve this matter. This issue has caused significant distress, and I would appreciate prompt and detailed feedback on the matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your immediate response. Kind regards,
