Upset

Overall I'm very happy with Capitec but I've settled my loan with them almost 2 month's ago and it's still reflecting on my App. The balance is o but I know from experience that they are suppose to send out an paid up letter which till date I did not received from them. Now I'm urgently in need of money to fix my car and this is keeping me from being able to get assisted as they say I'm now over indected, But I only have one loan on my name. Best off all I went to them for assistance and was turned town
