*** I asked for 3 months bank statement, and you supply me again with the notice I last received and had to wait since last Thursday... Again I have to wait 5 days. This process of uploading is not working for a fast paced Bank like you guys. Pls rethink the process as we also working and can't go back to the branch everytime.

09 Apr 2021, 12:25Hi, the 5 days is today, ref no: 381575, I have not received the call to advise that the documents was accepted as advised neither the money. Cant wait to hear the reason for delay this time :-)
