Upgrade debit reversal systems

Very dysfunctional debit order dispute or reversal system.

First and for most why is it R400 on App? Secondly why can’t other debit orders be stopped. I would understand if it was a personal loan that I am not able to reverse but it’s a service I app**** for that I can opt out of if I want and if the service provider is not happy with the reversal I can communicate with them directly.

I think you can really do Better here because if debit ***** is done on my card, and I needed to use that money immediately I can be able to stop or reverse it fast.
