Update system

I changed my surname from Maduna to Keswa 2010 and received my new ID and letter 2011, updated all my details with creditor including capitec bank. new ID and letter were sent to capitec for them to be aware of the changes, to my suprise yesterday I went to capitec woodmead trying to apply for a loan they couldn't assist because their systems are not ****ing updated.<br> <br> They requested a new ID with a letter they were sent, this morning I receive a call from a consultant who assisted yesterday and the reply from head office was I need to send a letter from home affairs with a stamp and a letter submitted have a stamp on it with a date when was the surname change.<br> <br> Question is: are the system from capitec / people wotking for capitec that stupid not to be able verifiy details supp**** as the Credit Bureau was also updated.<br> Why do I have to experience problem only at capitec? I guess that is why people complains about it and its securities.<br> <br> I guess capitec wont be able to assist me or even bank with them going forth, I might as well close my account. And I'l make sure everyone I know closes their **** accounts with them.... this bank is ****en useless.
