Capitec is extremely devious. You have increased my retrenchment/unemployment insurance by 100%. How did I go from paying R200 to R400. I called your call center and your agent was just as useless as this bank. You are disgusting we are in the middle of a pandemic and all you want to do it make more money out of people who are already burden.
