Unsatisfactroy Service

<p>I'm utterly disguisted from the service i received from Capitec, i am considering to even switch banks...Its a pity because the bank has been most convinient for me however i cannot sit with such incompetence from an organisation i advocate for....In the morning at about 8:20 i went to withdraw my last R100 from a local external ABSA express ATM, just as the money was about to dispense an sms came through reporting that i'm withdrawing however the money wasnt dispensed .. the ATM rather then went off and shut down... leaving me clueless and with no slip... The ATM then restarted however the money still didnt dispense.. i attempted twice after that to withdraw only to find my balance deducted with the 100 i was supposed to withdraw.. I went to the Branch and a lovely gentlemen assisted me and contacted the contact centre who then in return as the gentlemen advised me were suspect of the fact that it took me almost an hour to get to the branch and report this... as if i dont have to travel to get to the branch! he advised me they will launch an investigation which will takes approximately 30 days for me to get the refund after the "investigation"!n As if!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>He also advised me that had i contacted customer service immediately they would have then reversed the amount immediately as if thats written with Bold letters at every branch we walk in... I am a normal citizen who runs out of funds from time to time ... This is my pay week and i am BROKE i dont have 30 days to wait... The bank should be able to dertemine that the money want dispensed ... I cant sit with such incomptetence! I was given a case number ********** 4 fix this or i'm moving to FNB!!</p>
