Unsatisfactory service

<p>I went to Capitec bank yesterday to apply for credit, I was told it was Pre approved for R58 000. I was requested to provide them with my work contract as I'm currently working under contract and also confirmation of employment for them to proceed with the application. I think back to the same branch today to submit the required documents, I was then informed that they could not grant me a loan as the previous consultant that assisted me 3 months ago made a mistake by saying I work as a permanent employee. So this changes made me not to qualify for the loan. I have a very good credit record and I fail to understand why I have to suffer from the mistake that was done by their consultant, because I also provided that consultant with a copy of my contract. The consultant that assisted me called their assessment team and was told the same thing that there's nothing they can do. This is very frustrating because I've been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. </p>
