Unsatisfactory service

I deposited a cheque into my account on the 3rd of January at kerk street. And i received the notification immidiatelythat the money is in. When i checked my balance the next day it said R0.00. And then i went to campus square branch in auckland park to to check what's happening. And when I spoke to the guy by the name of Mpendulo. He told me tgat it takes 14 days for a vgeque to be cleared if u didn't ask for special clearance . When I ask him to find out if I can still do it, He gave me a hell of an attittude. He told me tgat theres nothing they can do . I must go back to the original branch. When I ask him to please call them for me he refused . I asked to speak to the manager Mpendulo asked his colleague to call the manager but I ended up not speaking to him instead Mpendulo followed the same guy that he asked to call the manager to the office. The guy came back not The MANAGER. And he asked me the branch I deposited the check from. He phoned to the branch to find out if the cheque was still with them. They Saud its fine already. When I asked if they can still asked for a special clearance. The guy told me that since its gone already its not gona take that long. When i phone customer care today. Busisiwe told me that it takes exactly 14days. Really? CAPITEC consultants just tell you whatever they want to tell u. Now I have to wait 14 days. I don't think it was impossible to get special clearance the next day. Coz the check was sent to absa d same day as I was told that cheques are sent to absa b4 10am the next day. This is pathetic
