Unsatisfactory customer services

On saturday i went to the Capitec bank Chatsworth centre branch to apply for a loan. The consultant did the application told me i don't qualify until I pay off 1 of my loans. I went home explained to my husband what the consultant said so he agreed to take whatever money we had for the month to pay off the small amount loan thinking that we would now qualify for a loan. We took our rent,food and travelling money to pay it off. Went the next day Sunday the same consultant attended to me she asked me to pay first then she could do the application we did so. However after we made the payment she said the system still dose not allow me another loan cos credit scores are low. I just went cold when she told me that,cos we just used up all our money we had left. The consultant mislead me and never put my interest first,and now I'm put in a situation were i cannot provide for my family
