Unsatisfactory complaint resolution
Capitec bank responds to your complaint here online in public and says they will investigate then takes forever to finish investigating. Honestly it's like they want you to forget about the issue 🤔

17 Jun 2025, 14:21Thanks to Madeleine and Kopano my complaint was finally dealt with in a professional manner. After the many unprofessional client services agents I've dealt with, I feel like these are the only intelligent people you have. I spoke to Kopano after speaking to few *********** people, I pushed him to the limit, even swore at him but he was very composed. And used emotional intelligence. I actually heard him taking deep breaths during our calls and choosing to remain calm. He is an asset in your Rehabilitation department. The likes of Wesley and them still need training
