Unresolved: Unauthorized Debit Orders.

Hello Peter. I have just finished reading a review dated 07 December 2017 by Manyatso. M to Capitec Bank about unauthorized debit orders. The review was titled "Unauthorised debit orders on my Savings account" and Manyatso was complaining about unauthorized debit orders from iga investiga, stero and khukule. 7 months later we still have this matter unresolved because I just had a debit order from iga investiga without my authorization. This is not the only unauthorized debit order I had this year from an unknown business/source. We trust banks to keep our money save and Capitec has promised a secure and safe banking to me and having unknown personnel, businesses or sources that can just get into my personal bank account and take money from me, makes me feel like Capitec has broken their promise of keeping my money safe and secured. If the bank does not do anything about this, I am going to look for another bank that does not seem to suffer from these culprits. I have noticed that FNB, ABSA and Nedbank seem to be facing the same problem, but why have this not been cracked yet, Manyatso. M brought this up 7 months ago!?
