Unresolved Salary Discrepancies and Lack of Response- 65707

I am extremely disappointed with Capitec Bank’s HR department. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no response or resolution regarding unresolved salary discrepancies.

As a former employee, I do not have access to internal escalation channels, making the lack of communication even more frustrating. Being ignored over money rightfully owed to me feels not only unfair but also like further victimization, which is unacceptable.

The issues I am facing include: 1. The January 2025 payslip indicates 0.00 units, making it impossible to verify my cash salary. 2. Overtime for 01/01/2025 remains unpaid. 3. Sick leave from 07/01 to 09/01/2025 has not been paid. 4. TOIL for 15/01/2025 remains unpaid. 5. December 2024 shows no cash salary, only overtime and Sunday payments — which makes no sense, as I worked the entire month.

This complete lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I urge Capitec Bank to resolve these issues immediately and to treat employee compensation with the fairness and respect it deserves.
