Unresolved issues from 2020

Yet again several times I wrote my reviews Capitec keeps on taking me from post to pillar and still refusing to give me back my own money during the week I wrote a review asking for them to write a letter that states Bylaws that speaks to their request for that court order they are demanding for them to release my money the money I worked for ,and the only thing they did was to refer the case yet again to a different person who only send an email with a reference number.

People must never trust this Bank it is useless, *********** and doesn’t value it’s customers. This issues has been pending since from 2020 imagine the stress I went through because of this useless Bank.

Capitec must tell the court and my attorney who will be paying for that court order they keep on demanding and what gives them a right, and authority to request a court order without quoting laws that are guarding them as the Bank as per the constitution of South African.

Yes we are using your services but don’t take us for a ride and I repeat if it was a white person in my shoes the query was going to be long resolved. South Africans must be alerted about this Bank especially Black South Africans I am not happy I am furious and I want my money or else this Bank will then have to pay me for the stresses they caused me on top of my money.
