UNRESOLVED ISSUES!!!!!!
I' am highly disappointed by Capitec Customer Care, its almost a month now, they havent not given me feedback or reversed back my money into my account, between them and MTN no one wants to take ownership of the issue, money has gone off from my bank account for DATA and no Data was received, CAPITEC confirmed it was a "technical issue" however to this day it has not been resolved, PATHETIC!! QUERY NOT BEEN RESOLVED FOR A MONTH !!
