Unresolved issue

I need some clarity on the negative and positive amounts on my credits. If an amount is having a negative sign for example - R26 000 acess facility and credit card and the other personal loan is on positive sign R 119 000 debit every month no changes on the amount instead of going down ,they escalete with R 1000 every month after debiting.What does this mean , Im confuse and personal loan is having a 3 months remaining term. This doesnot add up. At some point R24 000 was paid into access facility after I wrote a review here ,"miscalculation ". Other amount were not resolved or attended if I may say.
