unresolved issue

I once complained about capitec bank regarding a loan I had with them 10. Years back. My previous email address was ********** still exist however I forgot my password. Well capitec failed to resolve my query, they claimed that they were unable to reach by then so I decided to close my account and want nothing to do with them. I will never ever encourage my family members to do business with them.
