Unresolved handed over status since 2023
My account was handed over in June 2023. I paid off my account in July 2023. But my status still says handed over with bank charges of R69 that I am unable to settle due to the handed over status.
This has affected me in so many ways as where ever I make an application I am told I owe capitec yet I presented them with the proof of settlement.
