Unreliable services from Capitec not your first choice of banking

I am so disappointed in Capitec, as I thought they were a reliable service. Today was a really bad experience with them and their faulty ATM machines which do not give us services as should be. I did a transaction at one of their ATM's which failed miserably as they always having trouble with with access to the terrible application and I lost my money on transaction at the ATM...they do not understand what we go through, our hard earned money which we sweat for!!! Gone just like that, how I dont know because even their consultants at their branches do not know how to do their job, all they do is log an investigation which doesn't make any sense because there was no valid reason for there response on why and what happened to my money, investigation closed just like that!!! I'm proud to say I will no longer be with their banking services as they are useless. I hope managerial sees this and feels disgusted.
