Unreliable bank

<p>This is the second time i write about capitec. Capitec bank is so unreliable and full of nonsense, you cannot trust them to help. They have complicated my life and now they cant help me to sort their mess out. They have never updated my credit profile since last year and now the ITC is saying that i have never paid my Capitec account since last year which i never missed payment. i only found out about it last week as i have app**** for a home loan and it was declined because of this and i have been phoning them since last week and no one could help me. I tried lodging a complain with the ombudsman but i cant because Capitec cannot provide me with the neccesary document for me to continue. I have been fighting with Capitec since April but i am not winning . I just need help with the update to my credit profile so i can buy a house for my family without Capitec holding me hostage . Now my life must revolve around Capitec because i cannot continue with my life it is so stressful to live like this. How can Capitec call itself a bank if they treating their clients like this. Eventually people will get tired and not come to you anymore and you will lose business. Can anyone from Capitec help me this is a pressing matter for me. I am so sick and tired about Capitec. i need my credit profile updated as in yesterday and i need to be reimbused for all the stress capitec bank has caused me.</p>
