Unreliable as always

Honestly Capitec is a big institution or rather bank, but you guys seem to be struggling to keep up with the clients you attained, did a cash send on the 25th and I am still struggling to redeem it even today, cause apparantely there was an error, honestly I need the money back or rather the receiver should be able to access it, cause now I am starting to look like a ***** which is not fair for me.. I needed the money back now I dont need it back but want it back.
