Unreliable and Suspected *****ulent Practices

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the ********* practices of Capitec. Despite my trust... I continued banking with them even after hearing negative reviews. Now money from my account is missing, this is demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer security and integrity. Their lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I visited their Bedworthpark Branch, three times already but still leave their premises with nothing...not even an explanation of what has transpired. Their inadequate customer support I urge others to exercise caution and explore alternative banking options. Until Capitec Bank addresses these concerns and ensures customer protection, I cannot recommend their services.

All my savings for December are gone, my son and I are definitely having a black Christmas.
