Unreliable

Unforgiving bank but we are always loyal clients. I lost my job at some point in my life and I couldn't pay my short-term loan, I tried to fix it after I got a job again and remaining loyal client to them, I tried to get a credit card but I was told that I will never be assisted by capitec at all after everything, I wrote a review here about it and they responded and I was called by one of their assistants just to be told the same thing again last month the responded to my review saying everything has been sorted out I should go to the bank if I need anything, I went there hoping for a credit card only to be told the same thing again that they will never assist me, I mean what game are they playing here
