Unreedemed cash is redeemed cash send capitec

Today at 12:06 26 August 2025 , i went to collect my cash send at Superspar Durban Central workshop , the atm had faults and stuff so i couldn't retrieve the money then i went to Capitec inside the workshop centre to collect the money but when i got there the atm said my voucher is redeemed ... How??!!! Cause the other atm couldn't give me the money due to whatever was going on now i am so frustrated,this R3000 could have went a long as i am a student when i went to the nearest branch they said i have to wait a period of 30 days ... Are you kidding me , must i starve to death ??! Capitec i am very disappointed and this is my last month using capitec i can't afford to lose money like this everytime Please do assist me in this matter , i really need my money back
