Unreasonable decline for multiloan

Yesterday, 2 Feb 2015, we went to the bank because all of a sudden, my wife's(Ilse) multiloan wasn't allowed anymore. So it was discussed with us that the reason for this is because Ilse's latest salary was paid to her in cash and EFT, problem being the EFT amount on the bank statement doesn't meet multiloan requirements. So all we can do is re-apply, which brings in a new problem. The problem is December's payslip, ironically because the amount was over R10,000. BUT on the bank statement, Ilse's boss payed it in dividents - which still adds up, but they don't allow it because it doesn't show as ONE amount. Now this is incredibly obsurd, only because of the fact that they see the bank statement and the payslip difference NOW - BUT how was the multiloan then possible during December having them not have seen the statement or payslips, and Ilse not being denied a multiloan at that time yet, because she was already a multiloan client for almost a year? We have no money now, no food, only the rent cash at hand. We have re**** on multiloaning because it suits our needs. We wish to have this rectified immediately, otherwise we hit the newspapers!!!
