Unprofessional is an understatement

Did an online application, then they pre- approved a certain amount then advised me to go to the branch to reactivate my account then complete the process but just before I went to the branch a lady called asked if I'm interested I advised her that I am then the call disconnected for some reason anyway I thought let me go to the branch got there the consultant assisted me and the next thing you he calls in and apparently someone declined the the loan without going through the process with me. Capitec is so unprofessional
