Unprofessional Capitec

I have a credit card with Capitec bank, I was fine with Capitec all along, but recently I don’t understand what is going on, my credit card debit order went off on the 23rd of July, and I haven’t even got my salary Yet, normally it it goes off on the 24th or 25th when I get paid.

And also I locked a query with them, which was never resolved,

When you call the call center the Call agentS aren’t really helpful.

Actually nevertheless Capitec bank Is pathetic.
