Unprofessional behaviour towards a grieving family!
<p>My father passed away a week ago and my mom and I have been running around to the various institutions ensuring that they are made aware of his passing. Everyone has been extremely helpful and they have all expressed their sympathies except for Capitec Bank at Tygervalley. We went in there today and the lady (Sheena) who helped us showed no remorse and treated us as if we just wanted to access my dad's money. The manner in which she addressed us was not professional at all. After being helped so nicely at other banks we were shocked at the treatment we received at Capitec. We definitely won't be returning to the Tygervalley branch. </p>

My aim here is to just make your staff aware that during moments like this they should be sensitive to the situation. The gentleman at the door was so kind to us and expressed his deepest sympathy but the lady who assisted us couldn't even get those words out.
I wouldn't want the next person going through the same pain to experience that. That's my only reason for bringing this to your attention. Just have a heart when you deal with your clients.
No need to have in depth investigations, just educate Sheena and the rest of the staff.
