Unprofessional and ********

Capitec is a big ****. They have decided to debit on my account on the 20th just because they felt like it after I have spoken with their consultant that I'm only getting paid on the 25th and that was the agreement we had we them. The money that I was supposed to use it for my kids and transportation it gone. They also have a nerve to say the account is in arrears after I have sent an email that if the debit date falls on a holiday then they can debit on the 23rd which will be this coming Friday

After paying this loan I'm going to move from this bank this is *********
