UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT

I just called the bank around 09:15 just now on this number +27 (860) 102-043.. I had a payment issue and got through an agent called Andile. He only confirmed details to go through my account and after that he went silent, about seconds into the silence I heard him talking to someone on the side about petrol/diesel. THEY HAD A WHOLE CONVERSATION WHILE I WAS HANGING ON THE LINE. I kept on saying “hello” but no response, he just kept on talking to the lady on the side.

So unprofessional!! Very disappointing experience and wasting my time along with my airtime!! He must be dealt with so he won’t do something like that ever again!!
