On The 23rd to the 27th December we hired a car At Avis then return it using a Capitec Credit card then on the 6th of January i asked Avis for The Refund then i'm Told My bank Doesn't want to approve My Money and i'm transferred from pillar to post then the phone cuts off without any responds or Help. This is unprofessional.
