Unpaid Insurance Policy Cover
I had a loan with Capitec Bank that I was paying monthly religiously without failure, unfortunatley I was retreached from my company and submited all my documents to them to claim on my insurance cover, On the 31/07/24 received and e-mail as follows "We are pleased to notify you that your claim on Term Loan, with account number ******* has been approved for 24 month instalments or until you are no longer unemployed, whichever is shorter. Payment will be processed within the next 30 working days" Today the 16/09/24 the payment has not been made, I have sent e-mails they are not responding, I call no answer, I don't understand why they are now holding payment.

18 Sept 2024, 08:32Two business days have passed and no one has contacted us, clearly there's no care from Capitec for their clients and they seem to have claimed the monies from the insurance but have re-directed it somewhere which in my eyes is *****.
