UNPAID FUNERAL POLICY CLAIM

Capitec bank is the worst, my mom passed on on the 6th Sept 202 4 I logged a claim on the 9th till today I have not received any communication from capitec. I have been calling and emailing for the past week and still I have not received anything from Capitec. I buried my mom on Sunday......Ooooh you people are such a disappointment, imagine having to go around borrowing money yet you have money that is stuck with some *********** business..CAPITEC DO BETTER.,
