unpaid funds

I am not happy at all with the service we are getting from Capitec Bank. Our lawyer made a request for interim payment from my late father's estate, of which one of the funds are supposed to come out from Capitec Bank. The request was made in December already in Louis Trichardt, they have been making ridiculous excuses not to pay of which it was surprising to the attorney too. They promised to pay into my Step mother's account twice, but the money was never paid. Can you please get to the bottom of this and release the funds
