Unpaid claim
I'm so disappointed at Capitec funeral insurance department, I made a claim on the 1st of October till today they haven't paid, they are sending mw from pillar to post. I have already buried the person since they have been escalating to their management. I'm sure what kind of game they ars playing. If it wasn't for Cofimvaba branch that is trying by all means that I'm being assisted but I know it is out of their hands. Good people can pay out my claim before the end of this week. I have been sending email but still not assisted.

12 Oct 2024, 14:04Capitec funeral is a **** since I made a claim on the 1st of October I haven't been paid. There is no communication from them when I checked the status of the claim on my app it has been closed how do they close it without paying. After this I'm cancelling my policy with them.
