Unpaid claim

Capitec has been a nightmare on my family during it's difficult time we made a claim on the 4th of September and even today that claim is yet to be paid despite providing all the documents that were required, the family had to bury their loved one using loans and now they are left with being harassed by lenders because of capitec who didn't deliver on the promises they make to their clients, further actions need to be taken against this bank who benefits from people's sorrows
