Unpaid capitec funeral policy claim.

Capitec bank especially funeral policy department is full of non-sense, i went to capitec to claim fr a funeral policy on 07/11/2024 @10h00, n i was rold that it will payout without 24 hours of receiving all required documents, till now 11/11/2024 @18h36 thy hvnt paid my 10k policy claim, jst a small amout, and the funeral has passed already, i can imaging what would hv happened if i ddnt hv other back up policies ly fnb funeral policy dt i claimed 06/11/2024 @16h00 and paid within 30min,at 16h30 my policy paid out, do not depend on capitec policy it will stress and disappoint you, during mourning, and stressful moment of burying ur loved one, do nt depend on capitec, insure urself n ur family with other service providers, capitec is useless, im going to cancel dz olicy and get a better back up policy than useless capitec. Im hearbroken, btz dz was d most difficult tym fr me n my family, n i provided fr dz moment, i sacrifice most of d thing jst to pay my monthly premium, i never r miss 1, im very disappointed and heartbroken bcz i couldn't pay fr some stuff. Its useless fr a funeral policy to pay after a funeral. I hate capitec fr whta thyv done, i can never recommend it to any1💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔May my mother's soul RIP
