Unouthorised premiums

Hi, I have taken a loan @ Capitec back in 2018. I was not charged the unemployment insurance before.All of a sudden during the covid pandemic such insurance was added to my repayments without my acknowledgement although I have been paying my premiums and I have never indicated to them that my job was under any threat. I think Capitec is taking customers for granted and I want to be reimbursed all my money. Regard M S P
