Unnecessary deductions

<p>I cant believe im writing here again, last month it was regarding early deductions and now this again here's my story I have a loan with Capitec bank I have never missed any payment and yet im getting useless deductions because my account is in arreas I called them last month and i was told its not them its their tracker and they reversed my money, same thing is happening again this month does that mean i have to call them every month for same ****?</p>
